How we handle your data.

This policy covers this event registration website, operated by M&M Real Estate (RERA ORN 34200, The Opus by Omniyat, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE), with a branch office at Wilhelminastraat 38, 4818 SH Breda, The Netherlands. M&M Real Estate is the data controller for this site.

What we collect

When you register for the event we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, whether you bring a partner, and standard campaign parameters from the link you arrived by (UTM tags). Nothing else. No tracking cookies are set by this site.

Why we collect it

To confirm your registration and send your ticket, reminders, and practical event information. Legal basis: performance of your registration (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not ask for marketing consent on this site. Your data is used only for this event and deleted 90 days after it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

Where it lives

Registrations are stored in our database hosted in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden). Emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider, under a data processing agreement. Once you confirm your email address, your registration is also recorded in our Salesforce CRM so an advisor can look after you before and after the evening. Your data is shared with Ellington Properties only in aggregate (attendance numbers), never as your personal details, unless you ask an advisor to introduce you.

Advertising measurement

If you reached this page from an advertisement, we tell Meta Platforms Ireland Limited that the advertisement produced a registration. We send your email address, phone number, first name, last name and country in irreversibly hashed form (they cannot be read back), together with your IP address, your browser identifier, and the click identifier Meta itself added to the link you followed. We do this from our server, not from your browser: nothing is stored on your device and you are not tracked across other websites. The click identifier is deleted with the rest of your registration.

For this measurement M&M Real Estate and Meta act as joint controllers. If you would rather we did not send it, write to invest@mandmrealestate.ae and we exclude your registration.

How long we keep it

Event registrations are kept until 90 days after the event, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless you opted into market updates or become a client. Anonymised records keep only counts: whether the seat was used, from which country, and which campaign brought it. If you opted in, your contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to invest@mandmrealestate.ae and we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
