The event

The launch evening on Thursday 10 September 2026 at Wilhelminastraat 38, 4818 SH Breda is a free, invitation-based event organised by M&M Real Estate in partnership with Ellington Properties. Attendance is by personal invitation, limited to 100 invitations. A registration is confirmed once you verify your email address and receive your ticket email with a QR code. Invitations are personal and non-transferable. One registered partner (+1) is welcome per ticket.

Entry

Entry requires the QR code from your confirmation email. Doors open at 18:00. The organisers may refuse entry when the venue reaches capacity or for reasons of safety or order. Attendees may appear in event photography; tell a member of staff if you prefer not to.

Nothing on this website or at the event is an offer, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy property. Figures shown are indicative, based on rules in force in 2026, and can change. Any property purchase follows its own contractual process with its own documentation. Ask your own advisors; ours will be in the room to be asked too.

Event changes

The organisers may change the programme, speakers, or timing, or postpone the event where circumstances require it. Registered guests are informed by email. No costs or damages are recoverable in connection with attendance or cancellation.
